No Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
At Pink Hourglass, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where items are damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  • Unboxing Video: To validate your claim, please record an unboxing video from the moment you begin opening the package, including the name and address label, until the item is fully unboxed. This video must be continuous, unedited, and submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Return Process: Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item and verify the issue using your unboxing video, we will proceed with either an exchange or issue a credit note. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

(Note: Claims without the required unboxing video will not be processed. This ensures a fair and transparent process.)

Return Shipping
We do not offer return pickups. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. To make this easier, we will cover the return shipping costs up to ₹60 for the NCR area and ₹75 for the rest of India.

Timeframe:
Please send the damaged or incorrect item back to us within 3 working days of receiving it. After this period, we will be unable to assist with returns or exchanges.

No Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If an item is unavailable, you may choose to exchange it for another product of equal value or receive a credit note, which can be used within 3 months.

Additional Important Information:

  • We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable phone number provided by the customer.
  • Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Please double-check that you have provided the correct address and a reachable contact number.
